Just 30 minutes from your accommodation, you have two choices:
– Planète sauvage : France’s biggest safari! During the day, explore the 6 worlds of this magnificent zoo to learn more and more about your favorite animals. The park boasts no fewer than 1,000 animals and 110 different species. Every school holiday, themed activities are offered for the whole family.

– Légendia Parc: nearly 33 hectares and 400 animals await you with surprising and magical stories. Events, shows and other activities are scheduled every day, and will appeal to young and old alike.

Just 50 minutes from Camping Mirabel La Renaudière, discover the Océarium du Croisic. The park invites you to immerse yourself in over 4,000 marine animals in 56 aquariums.

The Pornic region offers magnificent landscapes to explore. Take advantage of the coastal paths for a stroll along the cliffs, or explore the wild beaches and surrounding forests. There are plenty of walks to suit all levels, allowing you to discover nature in all its splendor thanks to the many trails that run along the Côte de Jade.
Culture: the charm of Pornic’s historic center is undeniable. Between the medieval castle and the colorful houses typical of the region, this little town is a real gem to discover on foot. If you continue your tour of Pornic, you’ll also see the Place de la Terrasse, the Halles and the 2 unusual and surprising staircases steeped in history.

A bit of sport and thrills!
For adrenaline junkies, try Pornic Aventure and its accrobranche courses in Pornic. Climb from tree to tree, zip line to zip line, and soar high above a magnificent pond! If you want to spend the day, picnic tables are available.

If speed is more your thing, we recommend you try karting in Pornic. Located next to your campsite in La Plaine-sur-Mer (10 minutes by car), you can challenge your friends to a breathtaking race at full throttle. May the best man win!

As we all know, our Loire-Atlantique region can sometimes experience a few rainy days. You often ask us at the campsite reception desk ” what to do when it rains? ” So here are a few suggestions for covered activities in and around Pornic.

There are many culinary specialties to try in Loire-Atlantique and around Pornic, starting with Curé Nantais . It’s a soft cheese made from raw cow’s milk, and can be enjoyed both hot and cold. You can visit the Curé Nantais cheese dairy in Pornic, and even end up with a tasting session.
Are you a cookie fan? Push open the doors of Délices de Saint-Michel and discover the secrets of making this little butter cookie, galettes and other little cakes. A not-to-be-missed event if you’re a sweet tooth. You’ll be able to take your favorites home with you – and there’s plenty to choose from!
