How do I book a holiday?
- Online: on our website, select your accommodation and/or dates of stay to check availability. Reservation

How can I get a quote?

Can I choose my location?
Yes, you can choose your pitch on the plan subject to availability and having subscribed to the «guaranteed pitch choice» option for €30.00.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Have you taken out cancellation insurance?
Contact us by email or phone to notify us of your cancellation, on 02 40 21 50 03 or by writing to renaudiere@mirabel-campings.com. When you made your booking, you received an email from campez-couvert. In this email, they specify the steps to inform the insurance company of your cancellation and to receive your refund.

How can I pay for my stay?
We accept the following payments: Carte Bleue, cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers (sent by tracked mail), ANCV Connect, cash, and bank transfer.

How do I buy a mobile home at a campsite?
La Renaudière campsite still has plots ready to welcome new residents.

Choosing your mobile home: new or used?
Browse our advertisements to find out the prices of mobile homes for sale on our campsite. Depending on your budget, you can choose to buy new or second-hand.

How do you choose your plot?
The purchase of a second-hand mobile home is made on a plot; it cannot be moved. If you buy a new mobile home, the choice of plot is made in discussion with our team according to the latest availability.
Can I stay at the campsite all year round?
Camping la Renaudière**** is not a Parc Résidentiel de Loisirs (PRL) and is therefore not open all year round. You can therefore live on the campsite as long as it is open, i.e. from 1 April to 31 October.
Can I rent out my mobile home during certain periods?
You own your mobile home, and you have the option to rent it out during periods when you are not present (subject to validation by the campsite team regarding the possibility of subletting the residence). Management is 100% your responsibility.

When is the campsite open?
Camping la Renaudière**** is open from 1 April to 31 October.
When is the pool open?
You can enjoy the indoor swimming pool from April to September, with its whirlpool and counter-current river.
The outdoor pool opens a little later: from mid-May to mid-September (depending on weather conditions). From 10am to 7pm and until 8pm in high season.

Should I bring my own sheets?
You can bring your own bed linen or hire it when you book or when you arrive at the campsite. See prices
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Yes, we know it's hard to part with your pets. That's why pets are welcome at our campsite: we accept dogs and cats (excluding 1è and 2è category), they must be vaccinated, including against rabies, microchipped or tattooed. We accept 1 animal per rental and a maximum of 2 per campsite.

What time can I arrive at the campsite?
Pitches: arrivals from 2pm and departures before 12pm.

When is the kids' club open?
Children's club entertainers are on hand throughout the summer (July-August) for children aged 6 to 12.
